We would LOVE to be a part of your next special occasion. Contact us for a quote as the prices on many items are variable -- please note we book 2-4 weeks in advance!
Available within the GTA - fee is calculated based on kilometer distance. Minimum order for delivery is $75 before service charges and delivery fees.
We are located on Stoney Creek Mountain (home-based public health inspected kitchen)

Terms & Conditions:
Once we confirm details we compile them and the payment plan in an invoice. All items will be paid in full prior to pick up date (except during booth operations where items are bought the day of through the vending booth).
On large orders the 50% deposit must be paid to secure order. You will not have a confirmed order without payment. If payment and confirmation is not received in due time the order is not valid. If you reach out long after the due date and we are able to accommodate there will be a rush fee.
Once you receive your order confirmation/invoice please make sure all final details are as you would like them because some details do need to be made ahead of time. If some details are flexible after the fact we will let you know. The Perfect Bite Bake Shoppe reserves the right to turn down work requests which are inappropriate, unsafe or not unified with our moral standing.
Pick Up and Delivery Times:
These are to be treated like appointments. The phone number and e-mail are listed in the event of a re-booking needed or if you are running behind. After the 30 minute window following your appointment time you will lose that spot unless there is just cause for the delay. Late fees may apply.
It is our guarantee that all items arrive to you in good condition and leave our kitchen in good condition as well as are suited to the client's needs as per the invoice details. Any damage that happens thereafter is not a responsibility of The Perfect Bite Bake Shoppe and thus no returns or refunds can be made in such a situation. This includes making cakes NOT food-safe with the additions of florals or items not supplied by The Perfect Bite Bake Shoppe.
Allergies and Sensitivities:
We have written in each section that our items are inappropriate for severe allergies as our facility is not nut/wheat/dairy/soy/other allergen free. We do our best to sanitize for allergy orders but we need to be open about our facility. If your order has specific requirements please let us know so we can advise.
Social Media Use + Photo Use:
Unless otherwise specified we will use the photos we take for social media purposes. They may also be used in promotion campaigns and marketing materials. We are happy to keep items private just let us know beforehand. We are happy to receive photos of clients with their items - if they are intended to remain private between The Perfect Bite Bake Shoppe and the client simply let us know that information upon sharing.
Refunds, Returns + Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our business in tailoring items specifically for our clients we do not allow refunds, returns or exchanges of any custom products. Exceptions to this do arise and are managed on a case by case basis.
